How do I get more information about your products?

I want to order a product that isn’t available on your website. How do I proceed?

No worries! Just call (65) 63366276 or e-mail us at sales@championsports.com.sg. We will check if we have the desired item in stock and advise you accordingly. If it is not a product or line we carry, we will do our best to bring it in for you, and thereby advise you accordingly.

 

When do I make payment?                                                                                                                                       

Please proceed to make payment only after approval of your order. You will receive an Order ID as well as an Approval Code via the e-mail address you provided once your order is approved.

 

Why can’t I pay immediately after submitting my order?      

Unlike most traditional online payment methods, we here at Champion Sports personally verify all online orders before payment is accepted.

 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Yes, however do contact us as soon as possible regarding the changes. Kindly call (65) 63366276 or e-mail us at sales@championsports.com.sg. Changes to the order will not be entertained once payment has been submitted.

 

Can I self collect an item from your stores?

Yes, you can self-collect. Please let us know during the ordering process or call us at (65) 63366276 to notify us of the collection.

 

How do I pay the delivery charges (if applicable)?                                                                                        

All charges will be tabulated and made known to the customer before and during payment. No additional charges will be imposed after the payment, with the sole exception of additional delivery trip(s) on the customer’s request. Please not that there will be no delivery charge for orders over SGD200.00 (limited to deliveries within Singapore only).

 

How do I place an order for items to be delivered to an overseas location (not Singapore)?    

Please fill in the delivery address in full, and select the correct country. Do note that overseas delivery charges and time needed for shipment will vary according to the country. Our staff will contact and advise you on the delivery charges within 3 working days. Payment should be made only after you agree to the delivery charge. We will not be held liable for mistakes made to the delivery address or any delays in shipment.

 

What if my product arrives damaged?                                                                                                                   

The recipient should not accept it and must inform us upon delivery. We will resend a new replacement at no extra cost.
