Exchange/Return/Refund Policy:
-We only accept Exchange, Return or Refund within 7 days from the date you received the order.
-Return and Refund Requests will only be approved for damaged, faulty items or wrong items sent.
-Customers may make 1 to 1 exchange for other model or size only when mutually agreed between buyer and seller.
-Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
-Innerwear items cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
-Exchange will only be allowed to be done once.
-Proof of purchase must be presented.
